You all might know Gautam Gambhir who is currently the head coach of the Indian cricket team or who will be the one who will lead India on all upcoming tours.
During a recent press conference, Gautam Gambhir said that ” betterment of Indian cricket is important, Gautam Gambhir is not important”.
Gautam Gambhir told that he has a lot of burden on his shoulders because the Indian team is not the smallest team, the team is in the situation where it has lifted the T20 World Cup trophy against South Africa, runner-up in world test championship and, the 50 over world cup.
He said that a happy dressing room is a winning dressing room or further he said about Jay Shah also he said that I have a very good relationship with Jay Shah.
Together we can make a good team and work a lot on the betterment of the team.
Gambhir will also be accompanied by one of his childhood friends named Abhishek Nair who will play the role of an assistant coach in this team and Ryan Ten Doeschate who is also going to lead the role of supporting staff.
Gambhir told that he has worked with Abhishek and Ryan when they were in the KKR team and he said that both of them are excellent coaches and he hopes that they will play their role well for Indian team.
Gambhir will have to work with many big stars in the dressing room which includes captain Rohit Sharma and world class batsmen like Virat Kohli.
Gambhir told that his relationship with Virat Kohli is very good and he keeps talking to Virat Kohli through messages.
He told that he will work very hard with Virat and make the 140 crore people of India proud.
Gambhir now has his sights set on the upcoming competitions which include the series against Australia, the Champs Trophy and the World Cup in 2027.
Gautam Gambhir took charge of KKR for a long time in which KKR performed very well. Now Gambhir wants to take this thing forward by joining hands with the Indian team.
